- Orders $199.00 and up: FREE Shipping.
- Orders under $199.00: A flat rate of $7.99.
Not at this time. We currently ship only to street addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.
As soon as your books leave our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number. Give it about 24 hours to update, then follow your package’s journey via the link in the email.
We want you to be happy. Please refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy for details. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Condition: The book must be unread and in new condition.
- Cost: If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return shipping cost. If the book arrived damaged, we cover it.
- Restocking Fee: We never charge restocking fees.
Oh no! We pack carefully, but accidents happen. Please snap a photo of the damage and email it to [email protected] within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Once we inspect your return, we process the refund instantly. However, your bank or credit card company may take 3–5 business days to post the funds back to your account.
We love meeting fellow bookworms, but parrocchiecordenons is an online-only retailer. Our address on Naples St is our administrative office and operations center, not a retail shop for browsing. Selling online allows us to offer a wider curated selection of titles directly to your doorstep.
Publishers often refresh cover art for new print runs. While we try to keep our images updated, the copy you receive might have a different cover design than the one on our website. Don’t worry—the story inside is exactly the same!
