The acrylic sheets we send may be slightly larger than their listed dimensions. Eg: 1200 x 600mm are often 1220 x 605mm, 600 x 400mm are often 605 x 404mm and 600 x 300mm are often 605 x 304mm. These extra millimeters can be helpful Eg. cutting a 600mm circle. The only sheet size which will be exactly cut to size is the 300 x 200mm size. Whenever cutting this material make sure you are using proper fume extraction with adequate airflow. Although we have invested heavily in super flat highly supportive racking to best store our acrylic, some sheets may have some minor flex to them from transit or manufacturing. We do our best to accurately represent colours. Website colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen type or device used. Acrylic thickness can vary slightly from the advertised 3mm. /- 10% is the common level of tolerance. We set a high quality threshold for what is packed, however occasionally some very minor imperfections may be present to the protective film or sheet surface.
